Walkthrough

    Head north on Southern Island and follow the forest path.

    You will encounter Latios (Omega Ruby) or Latias (Alpha Sapphire).
  3. 3
    Team Magma (Omega Ruby) or Team Aqua (Alpha Sapphire) will appear and initiate a Multi Battle to claim the respective Lati's Mega Stone.

    After the battle, Steven will heal your Pokémon.
  5. 5
    The Latios/Latias you protected will join your team. If your party is full, you will need to send a Pokémon to your PC.

    Latios will come with Latiosite, and Latias with Latiasite.

    Steven will give you the Mega Bracelet, enabling Mega Evolution.

    You and Steven will then depart on Latios/Latias.
