Walkthrough

    As you exit the Gym in Rustboro City, a Team Aqua/Magma Grunt will flee from Devon Corp. with a scientist in pursuit.

    Heal your Pokémon, then follow the scientist east.

    The scientist will explain that the Grunt stole the Devon Parts. Continue following him.

    Head east to Route 116 and enter the cave leading to Rusturf Tunnel.

    Navigate through Rusturf Tunnel until you find the Grunt.

    Speak to the Grunt to initiate a battle. After defeating him, you will retrieve the Devon Parts.

    Mr. Briney will appear and take Peeko back to his home.

    Return to Route 116. West of the ledge, you can use Cut to access a path.

    You will be taken to the top floor to speak with the president of Devon Corp.

    You will be tasked with delivering a Letter to Steven, who is in Dewford.

    Finish any remaining business in Rustboro and head south to Route 104.
