Explore Mossdeep City in pokemon omega ruby alpha sapphire, find TM60 Quash, a Super Rod, and a Sun Stone.

When you arrive in Mossdeep City from Route 124, you will likely land on a beach. Open the item ball there to find a Big Pearl. Head east and then up onto land to easily find the Pokémon Center.

If you go northwest of the Pokémon Center and use the Dowsing Machine, you can find a Star Piece. West of the Pokémon Center is Steven Stone’s house. While there is nothing of immediate importance there, you can examine his rock collection, which features stones from various regions in the Pokémon core series.

East of the Pokémon Center is the Poké Mart. Speak to the woman on the right and answer “Yes” if she asks if you want a TM to receive TM60 (Quash). Head southeast from the Poké Mart and follow the stone path. When the path passes a downward staircase, go down and follow the narrow path east to find a Net Ball. Return to the main path and continue until you go up some stairs. Then, go northwest and along the edge of the ledges to find a Revive.

In the house north of the previous location, a Fisherman will give you a Super Rod. Go outside and head north along the path towards the rocket launch pad. Use the Dowsing Machine to find an Iron east of the rocket.

At the top of the island, you can enter the Space Center. Inside, go northwest and speak to a Sailor to receive a Sun Stone.

The Gym, where you can challenge for the Mind Badge, is located northeast of the Pokémon Center.

Tips
  • The Pokémon encountered in Mossdeep City are the same as those found on Route 124.
  • Use the Dowsing Machine frequently to find hidden items.
  • Steven Stone's house contains a rock collection that showcases stones from different regions.
