Walkthrough
- 1The gym features a puzzle where switches control electric currents. Red beams connect to red poles in a straight line. Tap both switches to open the path forward.
- 2You will be forced into a battle after using the red switch.
- 3After battling Youngster Ben, trigger the blue switch.
- 4Battle the next Trainer, use the switch, and repeat for the next pairing.
- 5Proceed south to the Youngster, but do not touch that switch.
- 6Go west and then north to reach Gym Leader Wattson.

Strategy:
- Wattson's Pokémon are heavily reliant on Volt Switch.
- All of Wattson's Pokémon are weak to Ground-type attacks. Magnemite and Magneton are doubly weak to Ground.
- Fighting and Fire-type attacks are also effective.
- If you have Combusken or Marshtomp, they will perform well.
- If you are using Grovyle, consider teaching it Rock Smash to learn a Fighting move for Steel Pokémon, and use STAB moves against Voltorb. Alternatively, use a dedicated Fighting Pokémon like Makuhita, Hariyama, or Breloom.
