Lavaridge Town & Route 112:

After the Gym in Lavaridge Town, your rival will give you the Go-Goggles, allowing access to the Route 111 desert. Head east from Lavaridge Town, then east onto Route 111.

Route 111:

Enter the desert using the Go-Goggles. Follow the sandy path. At a south/east fork, go south to find a Protein in a rock. Use the Dowsing Machine on the northern mount for a PP Up. Battle the Camper. Head east to a sand pit, then southeast to find a Rare Candy. Go south and west to battle a Picnicker, then use the Dowsing Machine east of her for a Stardust. Battle the Ruin Maniac. East of him, a Bug Maniac will give you the Safety Goggles, which prevent damage from Sandstorm, Hail, and Powder moves. This is useful for Shedinja. Southwest of the Ruin Maniac is a rock formation where Regirock can be found later. South of it, find TM37 (Sandstorm). Go north back to the Camper's location, then east to find a Revive near the mountainside. Northwest, battle a Picnicker. Northeast, find the Root Fossil (revives Lileep) and the Claw Fossil (revives Anorith). You can only choose one. The Claw Fossil is recommended for its evolution, Armaldo, which is strong on Sandstorm and Rain Dance teams.

Return to the previous Picnicker, go west to battle a Camper, then southwest for Stardust. Head northwest onto Route 112 and west into Fiery Path.
