Walkthrough

    Upon entering Obsidian Manse, find a chest with a Healing Grape Bunch to the left.

    Climb the stairs, enter the first room, and examine the right side to find a hidden doorway.

    Pass through the next room; in the one beyond, find a purple chest containing an Elemental Hat.

    Return to the top of the stairs and enter the second room upstairs. Open the chest in the upper left corner for 5,000 Leaves.

    Exit southwest and descend the stairs. Go left at the bottom to find a chest with an Inspiriting Plum Basket.

    Return upstairs and head west. Find a save point. Look for a hidden doorway to the right of the large doorway to find a chest with an Antidote Stone.

    Enter the large doorway to proceed to the second part of the dungeon. Ignore the stairs to the north and climb the ones to your right.

    Venture east to find a chest containing an Energizing Pomegranate (M).

    Enter the open area to your right. Behind the bar is a chest with an Olive of Life L.

    In the upper right corner of the open area are stairs. To the left of these stairs are barrels, and to the left of the barrels is another hidden doorway leading to a chest with a Silver-filled Pouch.

    Climb the stairs, ignoring small doorways, and head to the end of the path for one last chest containing an Inspiriting Plum M.

    Retrace your steps to the save point, heal, and then enter the large doorway to face the boss.

BOSS - Albus, the Right-hand Man

Stats / Weaknesses:

  • Weak to: Swords, Daggers, Bows, Wind, Light
  • Shields: 8 (does not increase)

Phases:

  1. Phase 1: Albus uses single-target physical attacks like Shoulder Smash (lowers physical attack) and Eye Gouge (inflicts Blindness). He also uses Flay Skin (4-6 random hits).
  2. Phase 2 (around 75% HP): Albus gains two actions per turn.
  3. Phase 3 (at 50% HP): Albus uses Human Shield to summon two Obsidian Officers, blocking his weaknesses. The Officers are weak to Spears, Axes, Fire, and Lightning.
