Primrose Azelhart's special ability is called Allure, and it's pretty similar to Ophilia's 'Guide' ability. The main difference is that Allure has a chance to fail because it's a rogue-type Path Action. If you mess up and fail to Allure an NPC, your reputation in that town will take a hit. If you fail five times, you'll have to cough up some cash to fix your standing. The good news is that leveling up Primrose can actually boost your chances of success with Allure!

Primrose shares the same Talent as Ophilia, which is Summon. Basically, any NPCs you successfully Allure will follow you around, and you can call them into battle. They'll hang out for a few turns, doing their thing with whatever skills they have, and then they'll dip out. Each NPC has a limited number of uses, and once they're all spent, they'll head back to where you first found them.
