Thief Skills

Here are the skills you can learn as a Thief. Remember, you'll need SP to use them, so keep an eye on your SP pool!

• Steal — SP Cost: 2. This is the signature skill of the Thief. Use it to try and snatch an item from a single enemy. It's your primary way to get extra goodies!
• Wildfire — SP Cost: 7. A solid fire-based attack that deals heavy damage to a single foe. Good for exploiting elemental weaknesses.
• HP Thief — SP Cost: 6. This skill attacks an enemy twice with a dagger and heals you for half the damage dealt. Great for sustaining yourself in longer fights.
• Shackle Foe — SP Cost: 4. Want to weaken an enemy's offense? This skill reduces their physical attack strength for two turns.
• Armor Corrosive — SP Cost: 4. The defensive counterpart to Shackle Foe, this skill lowers an enemy's physical defense for two turns. Essential for letting your physical attackers hit harder.
• Steal SP — SP Cost: 6. Similar to HP Thief, this skill attacks twice and steals SP equal to 5% of the damage dealt. Useful for keeping your own SP high or draining an enemy's.
• Share SP — SP Cost: 0. A really cool support skill! You can give half of your current SP to an ally. It costs nothing, so use it to keep your casters topped up.
• Aeber’s Reckoning — SP Cost: 30. This is the Thief's Divine Skill. It's a powerful dagger attack against all enemies, with damage scaling based on your Speed stat. Definitely a game-changer when you unlock it!

Thief Support Skills

These passive skills can be equipped to boost your Thief's effectiveness or provide unique benefits. You'll need to unlock them by mastering the job.

• Incidental Attack — Skills To Unlock: 4. When you use a non-damaging skill, there's a 50% chance you'll also get in a free attack. It's a nice little bonus!
• Fleetfoot — Skills To Unlock: 5. This is a must-have for any fast character. It increases your Speed by a massive 50%.
• Snatch — Skills To Unlock: 6. If you love stealing, this is for you. The equipping character gets double the loot when using Steal or Collect. More loot means more gear!
• Insult to Injury — Skills To Unlock: 7. This skill makes any status ailments or attribute penalties you inflict last for one extra turn. Great for keeping those debuffs active!
