    Find Cordelia in the first section of town.

    Exit Grandport and cross the bridge.

    On the left side, find and speak to a Brigand NPC.

    Challenge/Provoke the Brigand.

    Defeat the Brigand in battle.

    Collect the Letter from Noa dropped by the Brigand.

    Return the Letter from Noa to Cordelia to complete the quest.

  • The Brigand has a strength of seven, but should not be a difficult fight considering when this quest becomes available.
