In Search of the Unknown

Marsalim - The Old Aristocrat: Head to the main square in Marsalim. You'll see an Old Aristocrat who's feeling a bit bored with life and wants something new. He's the quest giver.

Option 1: The Challenging Fight: Standing right next to the Old Aristocrat is a Swordsman named Yuri. He's a tough opponent, boasting a strength stat of 10. His normal attacks can hit for over 400 damage, and with a defense of 750+, he's hard to take down. Be especially wary of his 'Stunning Strike,' which can inflict Unconscious, leaving you vulnerable. This fight is definitely for those who are well-prepared and looking for a serious challenge.

Option 2: The Easier Approach: If fighting Yuri sounds too daunting, there's a much simpler way. You'll need to travel to Grandport.

Grandport - The Passionate Peddler: Once you're in Grandport, make your way to the Provisioner shop. Right in front of it, you'll find a Passionate Peddler.

Acquire the Item: This peddler has an item called 'Tales from a Faraway Land.' To get it, you'll need to use either Tressa or Therion. Use Tressa's 'Purchase' skill or Therion's 'Steal' skill to acquire the item from the peddler.

Return to Marsalim: With the 'Tales from a Faraway Land' in hand, head back to the Old Aristocrat in Marsalim. Hand over the item, and you'll complete the side story.
