Alright, so you've just wrapped up a quest and you're back at the Research Base. Keep your eyes peeled for the Cheerful Scholar – you'll want to chat with them. They've got a delivery request for you, and if you play along, they'll share some of that "good stuff" with you. Sounds like a deal, right?

To get this delivery request sorted, you'll need to hand over 1,000 Research Points and, more importantly, two Dodogama Jaws. Dodogamas drop these pretty commonly when you carve them, so if you don't have them already, just hunt a couple. Investigations are your best bet if you have any available. Once you've got those jaws, you'll unlock the Ratha Whiskey ingredient. But that's not all – this also kicks off a new quest back at the Research Base.

Head back to the Research Base and make your way up to where the Third Fleet Master hangs out. You'll spot an Airship Engineer there. Chat him up, and he'll offer you the quest called A Sore Site. He's looking to help out the researchers, and hey, that means a little something for you too!
