Maguuma Jungle: Includes missions like "The Wilds" [mis10], "Bloodstone Fen" [mis11], and "Aurora Glade" [mis12]. Quests are available in Druid's Overlook, Quarrel Falls, Ventari's Refuge, and Henge of Denravi.

Return to Kryta: Features missions such as "Riverside Province" [mis13] and "Sanctum Cay" [mis14]. Quests are found in Fisherman's Haven and Temple of the Ages.

Crystal Desert: Missions include "Thirsty River" [mis15], "Dunes of Despair" [mis16], "Elona Reach" [mis17], "Doppelganger" [mirror], and "Dragon's Lair" [mis18]. Quests are available in Amnoon Oasis, Augury Rock, Seeker's Passage, Destiny's Gorge, and Hero's Audience.

Southern Shiverpeaks: Missions are "Ice Caves of Sorrow" [mis19], "Iron Mines of Moladune" [mis20], and "Thunderhead Keep" [mis21]. Quests are located in Droknar's Forge.

Ring of Fire: Missions include "Ring of Fire" [mis22], "Abaddon's Mouth" [mis23], and "Hell's Precipice" [mis24]. Quests are found in Ember Light Camp, Fissure of Woe, Sorrow's Furnace/Grenth's Footprint, and Titan Quests.

Pre-Searing: This area has Normal Quests, Profession Sampler Quests, Primary and Secondary Professions Skill Trainer Quests, and quests that are not really quests.

Normal Quests: Many are available after completing "Unsettling Rumors". An example is "Message From a Friend" [ps1], which starts with the Town Crier in Ascalon City and requires you to talk to Sir Tydus for a reward of 100 experience (xp) and 10 gold.

Profession Sampler Quests: Examples include "Grawl Invasion" [psst1], "A Mesmer's Burden" [psst2], "The Ranger's Companion" [psst3], "Elementalist Experiment" [psst4], "A Monk's Mission" [psst5], and "The Necromancer's Novice" [psst6].

Primary and Secondary Professions Skill Trainer Quests: These are class-specific. Examples include "Supremacy of Air" [psps1] (Elementalist Only), "Domination Magic" [psps2] (Mesmer Only), "Blessings of Balthazar" [psps3] (Monk Only), "Protection Prayers" [psps4] (Monk Only), "The Accursed Path" [psps5] (Necromancer Only), "Power of Blood" [psps6] (Necromancer Only), "Test of Marksmanship" [psps7] (Ranger Only), "Unnatural Growth" [psps8] (Ranger Only), "Warrior's Challenge" [psps9] (Warrior Only), and "The Vineyard Problem" [psps10] (Warrior Only).

Quests which are not really quests: Examples include "The Bear Hunters" [psq1], "Farmer Dirk's Prize Winning Hogs" [psq2], and "Dress up Gwen!" [psq3].
