No Man's Sky

As you unlock more parts they will appear within your build menu. On the following pages, you will find all the parts you can unlock to build your base, both on land and in space and keep a handy tally of how much raw materials you are going to need, as well as start to get a picture of what you might want to put and where.

We have split them into resource types for ease as we figure you probably won’t want to be building bases made from trees and mixing them with futuristic alloy walls. Who knows though. You do you.

Timber Base Items

You are only going to need four raw materials to build every timber part in the game. No part will more than two of these at any one time, and the most exotic of which - glass, is the only one you will have to craft yourself as the other three are all readily available.

Timber parts are one of the first you have access to in No Man's Sky.

Stone Base Items

Stone items are also easy to craft. Again, you can make everything with just four raw materials, but instead of glass here you can use Silicate Powder, which is basically the dirt you can dig up. Once again, you won’t need to use more than two resources to craft any one item here.
