Neighborhood: Industrial.

Map: (D-1).

Directions: Go to the four-way intersection at the east end of the Northwood Heights Bridge. Head east until you find the road curve that turns north, but continue east off the road. You should pass under a double billboard and find a narrow off-ramp. The Billboard will be ahead of you.

Vehicle: Comet, NRG-900.

Heading: East to West.

Notes: The ramp for this Jump is in an alley across the street east from the Jump. You need a high rate of speed due to the distance of the ramp from the Billboard. East of the ramp is an industrial area where you can get good distance. Break one of the orange gates and start by the crane; going further will cause the game to rebuild the gate, slowing you down if you smash through it again.

Neighborhood: Chase Point.

Map: (D-2).

Directions: From the four-way intersection next to the Chase Point Pay 'N' Spray, head south and stop at the next three-way intersection. The Billboard is on the east side of this intersection.

Vehicle: Sanchez, NRG-900.

Heading: East to West.

Notes: You need to jump onto the roof of this building. A set of stairs just north of the east end of this building can be used to jump onto it. The game provides a Sanchez under the stairs for the El-Train tracks directly east of the Chase Point Pay 'N' Spray. Drive onto the building and make the Jump; the ramp is right against the Billboard, so you can drive through it.

Neighborhood: Steinway.

Map: (E-2).

Directions: From the Steinway Safehouse, head north and stop at the three-way intersection. At the north side of this intersection is a hole in the wall. Go through this hole to find a ramp-like rock and the Billboard beyond.

Vehicle: Most any vehicle.

Heading: South to North.

Notes: Start from the Safehouse and get a decent amount of speed to make the Jump.

Neighborhood: East Island City.

Map: (D-3).

Directions: Go to the four-way intersection at the east end of the East Borough Bridge. Head south and follow the road curve going east. You will see an industrial area to your right. The backside of the Billboard is on the east side of this area, about three quarters of the way to the next intersection.

Vehicle: Comet, NRG-900.

Heading: West to East.

Notes: The ramp is a distance from the Billboard. The narrow path to the ramp is the only problem. Make the jump cleanly at a moderate speed to smash the Billboard.

Neighborhood: East Island City.

Map: (E-3).

Directions: Go to the double intersection south of the Steinway Gas Station. Head south. Go through the S-curve and stop at the next double intersection. The Billboard can be found to the west.
