Walkthrough
- 1Street Races (LRT25): There are three locations in Liberty City hosting a total of eight Street Races. Achieving at least a Bronze medal in each race is required for 100% completion. You will race against three other drivers, and the difficulty scales with the tournament. Races will typically require a few tries to master the course and opponents. Killing another racer will fail the race. Traffic is a significant hazard, capable of damaging your car, knocking you off course, and impeding progress. Finishing 3rd earns Bronze, 2nd earns Silver, and 1st earns Gold. There is no monetary reward for winning, nor a special reward for achieving Gold in all races. Winning 3rd place in each race of a tournament unlocks a vehicle at Auto Merchant. Winning Bronze in all races unlocks the Formula R at Auto Merchant. The Formula R is the best vehicle for these races; it is recommended to first achieve Bronze in all races, purchase the Formula R, and then use it to secure Gold on any remaining races.
- 2Transfender Invitational (Westminster, Algonquin, Map B-3): Located by the Westminster Pay 'N' Spray. This tournament features three race courses: the first two are one lap, and the last is two laps. An NRG-900 and a Comet are parked nearby; use the Comet until you acquire the Formula R. The three opposing racers are fast, making this tournament moderately difficult. Achieving Bronze in all three races unlocks the 500 XLR8 at City Merchant.
- Algonquin Auto-Trial: The most challenging sections are in Chinatown and City Hall due to numerous turns.
- 3Star Junction Circuit: The most difficult area is Star Junction at the split intersection, specifically the Hot Dog Stand which can cause collisions.
- 4Middle Park Motivator: The hardest part involves the turns through the Middle Park West section.
- 5S&M Grand Slam (Chase Point, Bohan, Map D-2): Located at S&M Auto Sales. Go to the three-way intersection northwest of Edmundo [CHP-D57]; the Auto Shop is at the northwest corner. This tournament has two one-lap races. A Sanchez and a Turismo are parked nearby; use the Turismo until you acquire the Formula R. Achieving Bronze in both races unlocks the Style SR at City Merchant.
- Bohan Classic: Features many turns early on, followed by a long straightaway. The most challenging part is a series of turns in the Fortside area near the end. Opponents are easier than in Algonquin.
- 6Bohan Rally: This race is difficult due to opponents using Formula One race cars, which you won't have initially. Bronze is achievable, but Gold may require patience with the Turismo or waiting for the Formula R. These racers are very fast and agile, demanding excellent performance on the course. The Formula R significantly eases this race.
- 7Hi-Way Tire Tourney (Beechwood City, Broker, Map F-3): Located at the Hi-Way Tire Shop, the same building as Camera [BCY-SC89]. This tournament includes three race courses, the first two of which are one lap.
