    Plant a bomb on the car at the designated spot. The Bomb Shop is free for this mission.

    Drive to the Bar to stake out the Dealer.

    Chase the Dealer as he drives off, avoiding his gunfire.

    Follow him into an industrial building in north Northwood.

    Park the car, get to a safe distance, and use the Detonator to blow up the car and the dealer.

    Get into the Salvage Boat and head to the search area.
