Walkthrough

    Head to the Red Dumpster indicated by Ling.

Tips
  • A Sword can be found in a Red Dumpster in Algonquin, located west of the Broker Bridge, under an archway, then right at the next intersection, and down one of two narrow alleys on the left. This is a powerful melee weapon for early missions.
  • Body Armor can be found near the Cerveza Heights Safehouse. From the Safehouse entrance, head south, through the next intersection, turn right at the three-way intersection before the road curves. Continue west to a four-way intersection with the main road. The Body Armor is in the large parking area at the northeast corner, across from a Gas Station at the southeast corner.
  • The Liberty City Gun Club near Francis International Airport becomes available for firearms practice, though initially only the Pistol range is open.
  • All Red and Green Dumpsters throughout Liberty City become accessible, providing additional free weapons.

  1. Follow the GPS to Steinway.
  2. Dodge an emergency event on the way.
  3. Confront a Punk in Steinway and chase him.
  4. Instead of climbing walls, run into the street to follow him to Basketball Courts.
  5. Kill the Punks at the courts with your Sword.
  6. When two Punks emerge from a car, kill one. The other will drive off in the first car.
  7. Get into the second car and chase the fleeing Punk. Take potshots to conserve ammo and reduce police involvement.
  8. Damage his car enough for him to get out and attack. Kill him or let the Cops handle it.
  9. Alternatively, use the Sword to kill him before he reaches the car, preventing the chase.

You will then receive an email from Wu "Kenny" Lee for the mission WKL4. The Wheelman.
