Part 123

In the mission involving Chan, you will find two Red Dumpsters containing Flashbangs and a Shotgun.

Fight your way through the warehouse using the Sword.

Confront Chan outside and chase him down in a nearby vehicle. Jack a Cabbie if encountered.

Use the SMG to damage Chan's car enough to make him drive off the road.

Once Chan stops and exits his vehicle, either run him over or chase him on foot and kill him with the Sword.

After Chan and Zhao are dead, you receive an email from Heston revealing the previous intel was false and the FIB contact was working for the Wonsu Boss.

The FIB contact and the Boss plan to meet at Charge Island, leading to the final main story mission.

DST10. Salt in the Wound: Meet Heston in Steinway Park.

Drive to the Desalinization Plant to confront the traitor, Uncle Kenny, who reveals he killed Huang's father and framed Zhao and Chan.

As Heston attempts an arrest, Kenny's guards attack. Internal Affairs and FIB arrive, leading to a gunfight. Kenny escapes.

Chase Kenny with Heston. Use the Minigun to kill enemies and protect Heston.

When facing an RPG enemy, switch to your fists, move behind cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects), then switch back to the Minigun to kill him.

Continue forward, killing attackers with the Minigun, and protect Heston as he opens the next gate.

You will gain a 3-Star Wanted Rating.

After Heston opens the gate, chase Kenny by boat. Heston drives while you use the mounted Minigun.

Avoid filling the Damage Line, or the boat will be destroyed, failing the mission.

Destroy Wet Skis, helicopters, and shore-based guards. Shoot down the helicopter near the end of the chase.

Dock and chase Kenny by car, now with a 4-Star Wanted Rating.

Grab a car (a Cabbie is recommended for police protection) and head to Hsin's Penthouse, dodging police cars. Use main roads for better evasion.

A cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically) at the Penthouse explains your father's murder and Yu Jian.

Kill Kenny with the Minigun to trigger a final cutscene that ends the main story.

LRT28. The Lions of Fo: After the main story, you will have 99.85% completion.

Mysterious Blue Swirls appear around Liberty City.

These Blue Swirls contain the Lions of Fo, which must be collected for 100% completion.

There are twenty Blue Swirls in total. Once all Lions of Fo are found, the remaining Blue Swirls will disappear.
