Walkthrough
- 1[BHN-LF12] North of a double billboard (Northern Gardens, Map: E-1): From Kwan [NTG-D50], head west back to the road curve. Turn right with the road, then right again at the three-way intersection with the main road. Head east until you reach an off-ramp. On the north side of this area, find a double billboard and a hole in the brick wall. Go north through the hole to find the Blue Swirl.
- 2[CRN-LF13] At the north end of Charge Island (Map: D-2): Locate the Boathouse at the south end of the East Borough Bridge leading to Bohan. The Blue Swirl is at the northeast corner of this Boathouse; the entrance is on the south side.
- 3[DKS-LF14] South of the Steinway Safehouse (Steinway, Map: E-3): The Blue Swirl is in the backyard of a house at the south end of the block containing the Steinway Safehouse.
- 4[DKS-LF15] On a pier (Meadows Park, Map: E-2): At the northernmost part of Meadows Park, find several piers. The Blue Swirl is located on the large T-shaped pier.
- 5[DKS-LF16] In the middle of the block behind the Meadow Hills Safehouse (Map: F-3): The Blue Swirl is in the middle of the block directly behind the Meadow Hills Safehouse.
- 6[FIA-LF17] At the east side of a large building (Francis International Airport, Map: G-3): This building is at the north end of the Main Runway, which runs northwest to southeast.
- 7[FIA-LF18] In the center of the north half of the Airport's parking area (Map: G-3): Find the Blue Swirl in the middle of the northern section of the airport's parking lot.
- 8[FIA-LF19] At the end of a pier (Map: F-4): Locate the large L-shaped pier at the southern edge of Francis International Airport. The Blue Swirl is at the west end of this pier.
- 9[BKR-LF20] Behind a building just southwest of Auto Merchant (BOABO, Map: D-4): Go to the three-way intersection near the BOABO Gas Station. Head west, but do not turn left with the road curve. Continue west, turn right at the corner of the large building, then right again at the next corner. Head east to find the Blue Swirl.
