Walkthrough
- 1Proceed through the initial door, witnessing the Bombball explosion.
- 2Reach the Bio Scanner for Stage One, then proceed to Stage Two.
- 3After entering Stage Two, the computer will alert you to foreign entities (Octababies), but no immediate threat appears.
- 4After an all-clear is given, proceed to Stage Three.
- 5Upon starting Stage Three, the room will shut down and go dark. Activate Duke Vision.
- 6Prepare for two Octababies. Stomp or shoot them when they drop from the ceiling.
- 7The Bioscan will restart with red lasers. Exit the small room and force open the next door as the mobile laser moves away.
- 8Duck under the first horizontal laser and time your movement to avoid the subsequent lasers.
- 9Sprint through the opening and closing door to navigate two circling lasers over a pit.
- 10Dodge the lasers and drop down into a chute filled with slow-moving lasers. Avoid the last laser by moving through it when it flickers off. Do not jump into the vent.
- 11Walk into the chute on the other side.
- 12You will emerge into an ambush of Pregnators and Octababies.

- 18Notes on Pregnator Spawns:
- Two eggs contain Pregnators: one on the wall, and the second from the right behind another egg. Destroying eggs is faster than killing Pregnators.

- 20Pregnators spawn to the right of entry, along the middle of the opposite wall, and below the exit hatch. Octababies spawn below the exit hatch.
- 21The room contains useful items:
- Corner across from entry: Ripper, Shotgun, two EDF crates (one with two Pipe Bombs and a Laser Trip Mine, the other with a Pipe Bomb and a Holoduke).
- 22Beside the exit hatch spawn point: another Ripper.
- 23After defeating all enemies, walk along the tentacle on the wall and crawl into the hatch.
- 24Stand and jump out into a computer lab.
- 25To your left is a computer, and to your right is a hot sauce and multiple computers (Ego Boosts).
- 26Proceed through the rooms, listen to Proton's rant.
- 27The door to the left unlocks after the rant. Open it, then open the next door to your left to finish the level.
