Alright, Duke, let's talk about Ego Boosts. These are little pick-me-ups scattered throughout the game that give you a nice little Ego point. There are 12 in total, and some of them are brand new. We'll walk you through finding every single one, so you can keep that Ego sky-high. Don't worry, this section is a nice breather with no enemies, so just focus on grabbing these collectibles.

First things first, after the craziness of that last turret section, you've earned a break. Pick yourself up off the floor and turn around. Head towards the area behind those big tentacles. You're looking for a podium near a storage room – interact with the Phone there for message 07/14. Inside that same storage room, you'll find some goodies: a Shotgun, a Pistol, and a Pipe Bomb, all lying next to a dead EDF soldier. Don't forget to grab the cigar in the box while you're there!

Now, make your way back down the hallway. As you head back, keep an eye out; you'll pass a Ripper if you want to grab it. Your next destination is the restrooms. Once inside, you can check out your handsome reflection in the mirror. If you want to find a magazine, it's in the first stall on the left. You can also pick up another Pistol and a Pipe Bomb in the last stall.

Pro Tip: If you haven't already snagged the 'turd' achievement, this is a great spot to do it. Just step on the shrink pad and crawl through the small hole to the left of the stalls. Once you grow back to normal size, pull the power lever. After that, smash through the planks blocking your path and head back to Smallville. With the way now clear, you'll need to do some climbing: jump up the boxes, onto the seat, over to the sinks, then onto the waste can, and finally into the hole in the wall. From there, climb up the pole and keep moving forward until you exit the level.
