ACHIEVEMENTS OBTAINABLE: (7)

Start the level by moving toward the webbed corpse. Melee it to get a Shotgun, Laser Trip Mine, and Pipe Bomb.

Enter the next room. You'll find two sets of Wall Boobs and five webbed corpses containing various items like Beer, Pistols, Laser Trip Mines, Pipe Bombs, and a Ripper.

Watch out for claw arms on the left and puff bombs on the right. Shoot puff bombs to detonate them. Evade claw arms by staying close to the pit.

The Ripper is recommended for most enemies in this level.

Prepare for an Octabrain in the next room. Use Pipe Bombs or the Ripper. Restock ammo in the previous room if needed.

After dropping down, you'll face two more Octabrains. Use Pipe Bombs or the Ripper.

Jump up and continue up a winding path. Melee a webbed corpse for an AT Laser, Shotgun, and Pipe Bomb. The AT Laser is good against Octabrains.

Checkpoint. You'll encounter dormant Octabrains. You can go around them via a tricky path or through the middle, navigating platforms and a tentacle. Taking the tentacle path downwards leads to an AT Captain Laser.

Through the door, you'll find more dormant Octabrains, the Bug Ball, and an explosives cache.

Checkpoint. As you push the bug, an Octabrain will break out. Use your Pipe Bombs.

Proceed slowly, limiting engagement with Octabrains. Use Pipe Bombs as your main weapon.

As you push the Bug Ball, Octabrains will attack. Defeat them and continue. Three Octabrains spawn when you follow the bug down a ledge.

NOTES: You can force Octabrain spawns from the ledge for a safer fight. Use the walkway to evade and return to the cache for Pipe Bombs.

After defeating the Octabrains, push the Bug Ball to the claw to feed the door.

Checkpoint. To your right is a webbed corpse with an RPG Launcher, Ripper, and Pipe Bomb. Attack puff bombs to your left first. The RPG Launcher is not recommended.

Use jump pads to continue and open the next door, which has spotlight eyes and claw arms. Shooting the eyes blinds the claws.
