Learn how to use the Porto Marinada Auction House in pokemon scarlet and violet. Unlock it after beating Kofu and bid on various items.
Walkthrough
- 1The Auction House is located within the market area of Porto Marinada.
- 2To use the Auction House, interact with the NPC (non-player character — anyone the game controls, not you) at a bidding booth.
- 3You will have three bidding options: Bid a High Amount, Bid a Moderate Amount, or Bid Nothing.
- 4NPCs will gradually increase the price, but you can try to outbid them by waiting and then bidding.
- 5Decide if the current price is worth the item.
- 6Note that some items, like Timer Balls, are sold in sets.
Tips
- Auctions change every two real-world hours. You can speed this up by changing your Nintendo Switch's clock.
- If you have save data from Pokemon Legends Arceus or Pokemon Sword and Shield, you can obtain special items from the auction house.
