This elite weapon was claimed by the Tenakth from a group of outlands on the Long Coast. It requires finesse and accuracy to make the most of its incredible power.

How to Get the Ancestor’s Return Shredder Gauntlet:

To obtain the Ancestor’s Return Shredder Gauntlet, you must collect all 9 Ornaments. These are found within Relic Ruins throughout the Forbidden West. After collecting them, return to Stemmur at Hidden Ember to open a chest containing the weapon.

Errand and Ornament Locations:

1. Speak with Stemmur at Hidden Ember to begin the Nights of Lights Errand.
2. Collect the following 8 Ornaments from Relic Ruins:
   • The Daunt: Let’s Get This Started!
   • No Man’s Land: Energy Pit Stop
   • The Restless Weald: Stanfort Days
   • The Dry Yearn: Weekend Getaway
   • The Stillsands: Go Big
   • The Runner’s Wild: A Church? Really?
   • The Long Coast: The Bill
   • The Isle of Spires: Golden Toucan
3. After acquiring all ornaments, return to Stemmur at Hidden Ember.
4. Open the nearby Chest to find the Ancestor’s Return Shredder Gauntlet.

How to Use the Ancestor’s Return Shredder Gauntlet:

This weapon is best used against larger machines susceptible to Shock or Acid Damage. Start by shooting Shock Shredders to fill the gauge, then switch to Acid Shredders to weaken armor. Finally, use Tear Shredders to break off armor for increased damage.

How to Upgrade the Ancestor’s Return Shredder Gauntlet:

Upgrading the weapon requires various machine parts and Metal Shards. Each rank increases weapon stats and may unlock coil slots. Below are the upgrade costs and required components for each rank:

• Rank IV: Increased Weapon Stats, 1x Perk Improvement. Cost: Metal Shard x1200, Apex Fireclaw Heart x1, Fireclaw Circulator x2, Luminous Brainstem x4, Slaughterspine Circulator x2.
• Rank V: Increased Weapon Stats, 1x Perk Improvement, Unlocks Coil Slot. Cost: Metal Shard x1500, Apex Slaughterspine Heart x1, Apex Tremortusk Heart x2, Luminous Brainstem x5, Slaughterspine Circulator x2.
