Head to a cave southeast of Stone's Echo and talk to Jaxx, or find Lora near a campfire northwest of Stone's Echo and listen to her rumor.

After talking to Jaxx, accompany him and Sokorra to Riverwatch, an abandoned fort to the east.

Upon reaching Riverwatch, head to the northern end of the fort, which is guarded by three Burrowers and two Glinthawks. Frost Glinthawks are vulnerable to Fire damage.

After defeating the machines, go to the eastern side of the fort and use your Pullcaster on a brace near a brazier to create an opening in the wall.

Enter the fort, climb a ladder to the west, and jump backward to reach the interior.

Ascend stairs and head east to a building. Climb to the roof via the doorframe.

Shoot a pulley above the building to collapse part of the roof, creating an entry point.

Enter the building and drag a crate north and west to reach a handhold on the battlement walls.

Follow the battlements west and south, kick down a ladder, then use the grapple point to climb to the top of the arch.

Continue west to a dead end, then turn east and look up for a grapple point. Use your Pullcaster to climb up.

Rappel down and head north to some ruins where Jaxx and Sokorra are under attack by two Leapslashers and a Widemaw.
