How to Find & Complete Cauldron IOTA

Find a Different Entrance: The main entrance is blocked. Go southwest from it to find a crevice to drop into, leading to a cave that enters the Cauldron.

Find The Core: Drop down and follow the left path to a door. Override it (hold R2). Defeat two Leaplashers by targeting their Acid Canisters with Purgewater Ammo. Use your Pullcaster to cross a gap. Defeat a Scrounger and a Clawstrider.

Climb Across the Forges: Use Acid and Frost Ammo on the Scrounger, and Shock Ammo on the Clawstrider. Override the Network Uplink on the right to reveal a climbable surface. Climb up and shimmy right. Jump onto a Frame Smelter when it's upright, move to its lower portion, and jump to the next aligned smelter. Continue jumping between smelters until you reach the left platform. Override the door, but break the shattered glass to the left first to find a Small Valuables Stockpile. In the next room, defeat two Apex Burrowers (aim for weak points like the Resource Container or Eye) and a Spikesnout (use Fire or Purgewater Ammo on Acid Canisters or Stamina Drain Sac). Climb the ledges in the left corner, timing your ascent as the lights blink faster.

Override the Core: Override the door to your right. You'll learn the Cauldron's purpose is to create Tallnecks. Rappel down and override the Network Uplink to spawn a Rollerback.

Defeat the Rollerback: The Rollerback is weak to Acid Ammo and resistant to Frost and Shock. Focus on weak points like the Gravity Generator, Thrusters, and Hammer Tail. Keep your distance to avoid its rolling attacks. Destroying the tail can prevent Tail Swing and Tail Slam attacks. Dodge side-to-side during its Rock Throw attack.

Find A Way Out: After defeating the Rollerback, override the core. Drop down and climb to the platform below. Follow the path, climb up, and override the Cauldron Door. Jump between beams to reach the opposite room. Defeat the Apex Burrower and climb up to override the Network Uplink before crossing the bridge.

Find a Way To The Tallneck's Head: Follow the path right and climb ledges to the left platform. Use the elevating platforms to go up, then jump left to another platform. Rappel down and defeat Scroungers and Burrowers. Smash the broken glass at the end for a Moderate Supply Cache. Use the grapple point to the right, climb up, and take the moving platform. Wait until you hover over a beam before dropping down. Walk to the Tallneck's head.

Override The Tallneck: The final objective is to override the Tallneck.
