Alright, let's tackle The Daunt Relic Ruin in Horizon Forbidden West. This one's a bit of a puzzle, but nothing we can't handle together. It's located south of Chainscrape, so head that way and let's get started.

Walkthrough

First things first, once you're inside the ruin, look for a crate. You'll need to interact with it by pressing [TRIANGLE] to pull it back towards the rear of the room. Once it's moved, climb up to the second floor.

Don't worry about that locked door just yet. Keep following the room around until you reach a gap you need to jump across. After that, drop down into the next area.

Now, whip out your Focus. You're looking for a Datapoint called Your Red Permit Code. It'll be sitting on a broken wooden bench. This is your door code, so make sure you remember it!

Head back up to the second floor. On the left side of the room, you'll see another crate. Use your Pullcaster on it and climb up. You'll find an Ancient Supply Chest up there, so grab the goodies.

Drop back down and turn your attention to the crate on the right side of the room. Use your Pullcaster on this one to pull it open.

Next, look for a grapple point to the right of that crate. Interact with it to pull it down, then jump onto the first crate and climb up.

Make your way through into the next room and drop down. You'll see another grapple point on the wall – use it to pull the wall open.

Follow the underground path until you find a second grapple point. Use this one to create a hole in the ground.

Head back up to the floor you were on before and use your Pullcaster to pull the crate you moved earlier into the hole you just created.

Drop into the hole yourself and push the crate over to the back wall. Climb up to reach the roof.

From the roof, drop down onto the balcony and collect the Hotel Room Key.

Now, head back to that locked door you saw at the very beginning of the ruin. Use the Hotel Room Key to unlock it.

Finally, it's time to use that code you found earlier. Input 1705 into the lock. Inside, you'll find The Ornament: The Daunt, which means you've completed the ruin!

Tips

Make sure you grab that Datapoint with the code early on. It's easy to miss if you're rushing!
The Pullcaster is your best friend in this ruin, so keep an eye out for those grapple points and crates.
Don't be afraid to explore a little. Sometimes the path isn't immediately obvious, but backtracking and looking around usually helps.
