Where to Find It:

You'll find this outpost up in the Shining Wastes, specifically to the northwest of the Shining Wastes Tallneck. The game usually points you here after the main quest splits and you have a few objectives to chase down. The recommended level for this is around 25, but if you're feeling confident and don't plan on taking out every single soldier, you can tackle it at a lower level.

How to Take It Down:

Your main goal here is to find and defeat the Outpost Leader, which is mandatory. Killing the rest of the Rebel Soldiers is optional, but it does give you some good experience.

This outpost isn't massive, and the leader is chilling towards the back. If you're going for a stealthy approach, there's plenty of tall grass around the edges to hide in. Use it to your advantage! Throwing rocks is a fantastic way to lure individual soldiers away from their patrols, making them easier to pick off one by one without raising an alarm.

The initial soldiers near the perimeter are usually pretty predictable, so take your time, move slowly, and use the cover. If you do end up alerting them, they'll all come for you. In that case, your best bet is to deal with the group before focusing on the leader.
