Geneolgia Crypts (Part 1)

From the Skyhold, use a Teleport Stone to return to the world map. Fly east and land at Gathelatio. Head to the east-most part of the city, past Geneologia Manor, to find a conspicuous door leading to the Geneolgia Crypts.

Geneolgia Crypts - East: Head west along the central path. Take the north steps to find a Spider’s Web. Go down the south steps through the tunnel to find a chest with an X-Potion. Continue west on the central path to the broken end. Head south down the steps to find an Earth Mallet. Go down the north steps and turn left at the junction to find a chest with a Turbo Ether. Follow the path east, through the tunnel, and west to the next area. The fox companion will be available to set up camp.

Central: Proceed west along the central path. You will find the Adventurer at the far end. To open the way ahead on the left, you need to trigger four crystal switches.

First, head north from the Adventurer. Go down the steps on the right and follow the northward path under the overpass to find a chest containing a Safety Ring. This item prevents instant death status effects.

Retrace your steps to the west-most path north of the Adventurer. Head north into the next area.

North: Make your way north, ignoring the steps to the right for now. At the end of the path is a bottle of Bacchus’s Wine. Go down the steps you skipped. At the crossroad, head south under the overpass to find a chest with 5000 pg.

Follow the path east from the crossroad, under two overpasses, to reach an exit back to the Central area. Inspect the blue crystal switch.

Return to the North section. From the crossroad, go north through the tunnel to a junction. If you have the Summoner asterisk, turn left to reach an Anchorite who you can challenge to receive the Susano-o summon.

Continue east from the junction. Before the next set of steps, go south through the tunnel to find a chest with a Pantheon’s Wrath.

Go up the steps and head all the way south, ignoring the westward path for a moment. At the end of this route is a chest with a Gold Hourglass.

Follow the path you just passed. Towards the south, there is a junction. Head west to find a chest with a Demon’s Rod.

Head east to reach another exit, leading to a different part of the Central crypt. Go down the nearby steps and follow the path south. On your right, take the steps going back up to reach the yellow switch.

Go back down the steps and carry on south through the tunnel. On the other side is a chest containing some Chocolat. Backtrack to the Adventurer or use a Teleport Stone.

Return to the west-most path north of the Adventurer. Head north into the next area.

From the crossroad in the North area, go north through the tunnel to a junction. Continue east from the junction. Before the next set of steps, go south through the tunnel to reach a chest containing a Pantheon’s Wrath.

Go up the steps and head all the way south, ignoring the westward path for now. At the end of this route is a chest with a Gold Hourglass.

Follow the path you just passed. Towards the south, there is one last junction. Head west to locate a chest with a Demon’s Rod.

Head east to reach another exit. Beyond, you’ll be in a different part of the Central crypt. Go down the nearby steps and follow the path a few paces south. Soon on your right there’ll be steps going back up–follow them to reach the yellow switch.

. On the other side is a chest containing some Chocolat. From here, backtrack all the way back to the Adventurer. Use a Teleport Stone if you’re lazy.

Finally, head east from the junction in the North area to reach another exit. Beyond, you’ll be in a different part of the Central crypt. Go down the nearby steps and follow the path a few paces south. Soon on your right there’ll be steps going back up–follow them to reach the yellow switch.

. On the other side is a chest containing some Chocolat. From here, backtrack all the way back to the Adventurer. Use a Teleport Stone if you’re lazy.
