In the Dining Room, run to the top floor and open the door at the top.

Proceed through the Exhibit Room and open the door on the other side.

As you enter the Hallway to the Exhibit Room, Rachel will appear. You can knock her out with heavy firepower to obtain Illegal Custom Parts. If you choose to fight her, weaken her with the machine gun and magnum, conserving ammo for each. Rachel has significant health.

A Tricorne Ooze (a type of enemy) is down the hall ahead.

Run to the end of the hall and open the next door.
