Alright, let's get through this tricky part of the storage room in Hell Mode. It's a bit of a maze, but stick with me and we'll get through it.

Walkthrough

You'll start in a Dark Hallway. Just follow it around the corner and keep going until you reach the end. Open the door there – the one with the bloodstains. Parker will chime in with some comments as you move through, so just keep pushing forward.

Next up is the Mini Storage area. As soon as Jill enters, you'll see some kind of creature on the other side of the shelves. Don't worry about it for now; it'll scurry into a vent above some crates. Just move across the room, past the shelves, and open the next door. You can take a moment to examine the slimy stuff on the vent if you want; Jill will comment on it.

After that, you'll enter the Elevator Hallway. As Jill moves down this hall, something big will start moving in the vent above her, almost tearing the duct apart. You need to move fast! Run down the stairs.

Look for a blood trail dripping from the vent across from the stairs. A body will actually fall out – gross! You can examine it if you want, but know that whatever's in the vent is now heading west down the corridor. The elevator to the east with the blue doors is a no-go since the power's out. Head down the west corridor.

The west elevator shaft is… well, it's missing the elevator! Seriously, it's just gone. Keep going around this west corridor until you reach the back of the shaft. The creature from the vents will continue to make noise and split the vents a bit more before disappearing into the wall at the very end.

Before you leave this area, make sure to check the right locker at the end of the hall. Inside, you'll find a Green Herb. Remember, you can use it by tapping the 'B' button (with default controls). Once you've got that, open the door to the side to continue.
