In the first scenario with Chris, scan enemies whenever possible, including the two Scagdeads during their fight, to obtain many extra green herbs.

In the Promenade area with Chris and Jessica, you can either fight or run past the Ooze. It is recommended to collect all items in the area.

When fighting the two Scagdeads in the Casino with Chris and Jessica, use hand grenades and long-range handgun fire. Aim to use all of Chris' handgun ammo. Stun Scagdeads with pulse grenades and then perform a melee attack to conserve ammo and deal additional damage.

In the underground storage area with Chris and Jessica, after defeating all visible Ooze, quickly run to the ladder on the other side and ignore the Claw Ooze that drops from the vent; simply climb the ladder.

When fighting the Draghignazzo in the elevator, scan it when it looks into the elevator instead of shooting. This is a 50% scan that can yield a green herb for both scans. Blast its appendage with the Hydra shotgun when it attempts to hit the elevator.

Before fighting the Draghignazzo outside the elevator, equip the PSG-1 rifle with upgrades for damage, load capacity, and fire rate. After it rams, shoot the Draghignazzo in its fleshy area from long range with the PSG-1 rifle. If Jill runs out of ammo, switch to the Government handgun. The Draghignazzo has a high amount of health, and its ramming attacks can occur without warning, requiring you to frequently dodge to the side. Using the shotgun at close range at the start of the battle is effective due to predictable early attacks, but switch to the PSG-1 rifle when it begins its unpredictable ramming phase.
