After entering the Promenade, locate the Café.

The handprint is on the east set of top cabinets in the Café.

After lifting the shutter, ignore the room with the trapped Scagdead enemy (a type of enemy).

Move down the walkway to the left.

Run down the stairs.

The Café will be right in front of you.

Move forward and to the right, then look up to find the handprint on the cabinets.

Tips

Before removing the padlock on a nearby door, which will trigger a boss fight, it is recommended to explore the current area and collect all items.
