    After speaking with Jessica in the Casino's Grand Hall, she will separate from Parker. Agree to meet at the bridge.

    Parker starts with: Handgun Government (7/40), Machine Gun G36 (30/90), Shotgun M3 (6/18), Hand Axe, Shock Grenade (x3), Green Herb (x1).

    Run west in the Grand Hall and find the --MYSTERIOUS JOURNAL-- file behind the right pillar near the door to the Promenade.

    Enter the Cafeteria area to access the Dining Room. There is nothing to do here, but be aware Rachel is in the corridor on the opposite side of the bottom floor.

    Proceed towards the Library. A Chunk Ooze will be near the double doors leading to the Library, and Rachel is also in this corridor.

    Warning: If you defeat Rachel here as Parker, you can obtain exclusive Illegal Custom Parts (Burst 6). This battle is difficult, especially on higher difficulties.

    To stagger Rachel, shoot her from a distance with the machine gun. Limited ammo may require switching to the M3 shotgun, making the fight harder due to random staggers.

    Toss shock grenades at Rachel from a distance to damage her, then use available ammo.
