• Episode 7/Scenario 2: Found on the bottom floor at the top of some stairs near a Scagdead (a type of enemy) in the Cargo Room, outside the door to the hallway leading to the Control Room.
• Episode 11/Scenario 1: Kirk will toss out crates containing rocket launchers during the fight with the Malacoda (a boss enemy). Break open the crates to obtain them.

• Complete the HELL Cleared mission. This will then appear in the weapon crate on your New Game+ playthrough.
