Walkthrough

    Fly to Fallarbor Town and head to Route 114, then proceed to Meteor Falls, entering from the right side.

    Inside Meteor Falls, cross the bridge to your left and descend the steps.

    Surf north to reach a waterfall; have your Pokemon use Waterfall to climb it and continue north to another ledge.

    Proceed through the entrance and take the ladder located to the north and east.

    In the next room, take another ladder to reach Steven. Alternatively, explore further before facing him.

    To explore, head south and west from the room with the first ladder, following the path to a different ladder (avoid the ladder at the top of steps).

    Take this ladder to reach the other side of the initial room, where you will find two trainers: Old Couple John and Jay, and Dragon Tamer Nicholas.

Tips
