    Head east from Rustboro City onto Route 116. Stay on the south side to avoid ledges.

    Continue east until you reach a house. From there, head right to find the entrance to Rusturf Tunnel.

    A man near the entrance has lost his Wingull, Peeko, to a Team Aqua member. Enter the tunnel to confront them.

    Inside Rusturf Tunnel, head north up two sets of stairs to find a Poke Ball. The only Pokemon found here is Whismur.

    Descend the stairs and head east to find the Team Aqua Grunt.
