In Pokemon Emerald, grab the EXP. Share from Devon Corp. in Rustboro City! Then, we'll guide you through Route 116, Rusturf Tunnel, and Route 117 towards Mauville City for the Acro Bike.

Hey there! Remember that city where you snagged your very first Gym Badge? We've got one quick, super useful thing to do there before we head off. Swing by the Devon Corporation building and make your way up to the very top floor. You'll want to chat with the president. Since you were awesome and delivered those goods to Captain Stern, he's going to give you a pretty sweet item: the EXP. Share! This is a game-changer, seriously. Any Pokémon holding it gets half the experience points from battles, even if they didn't actually fight. It's perfect for leveling up your weaker team members without all the grind.

Alright, that's our little errand in Rustboro done! Now, since we can't head back to Meteor Falls the way we came (Route 115 is a no-go for now), we're going to take a different path. Head east onto Route 116. We'll cut through there, then head through the Rusturf Tunnel. This tunnel is our ticket to Verdanturf Town. Once you're there, just head east again through Route 117, and bam! You'll arrive in Mauville City. While you're in Mauville, make sure you visit the Bike Shop and grab the Acro Bike if you haven't already. Trust me, you'll probably need it soon! After that, we're heading north into Routes 111 and 112, which is where we really need to be. Make your way to the entrance of the Fiery Path, but don't go in just yet. See that cable car ride to the right? Those Team Magma grunts who were blocking it are gone now. Head into the house nearby and talk to the person inside to request a Cable Car ride. As you ascend, you'll notice ash starting to fall from the mountains again. Unfortunately, you can't collect it this time, but it's a sign we're heading in the right direction!
