    Enter Victory Road and head north, then up the steps. Cross the bridge to find PKMN Trainer Wally.

    Battle PKMN Trainer Wally: Altaria (Lvl 44), Delcatty (Lvl 43), Magneton (Lvl 41), Roselia (Lvl 44), Gardevoir (Lvl 45). Reward: $2700.
