Guide your Pokemon Emerald journey through Meteor Falls, facing Team Magma and Professor Cozmo. Learn about wild Pokemon and find a Moon Stone!
Alright, so you've made it to Meteor Falls! It's a pretty cool cave, and while there are only two wild Pokémon hanging around, one of them is kinda neat. You've got your usual Zubat, which you'll see everywhere, but also Solrock. This Ground/Psychic type looks like the sun and, get this, it might even be holding a Sun Stone when you catch it! If you need one for your team, this is a good spot to try your luck, or you could even use the move Thief if you're feeling sneaky. It's not the most powerful Pokémon, but it's definitely got some style.
- 1As soon as you enter Meteor Falls, head left towards the bridge. Cross it, and you'll witness a scene unfold: a Team Magma Grunt is making off with the Meteorite, and Professor Cozmo is trying to stop them. Just as things get tense, Team Aqua arrives, but it seems Team Magma has already made their escape with the precious item. The Aqua members will give you a quick rundown of who they are and their goals.
- 2After the cutscene, make your way west from the bridge until you hit a dead end at a wall.
- 3From there, head up the two sets of stairs. At the top, you'll find a valuable Moon Stone just lying there for the taking!
- 4Once you've snagged the Moon Stone, go back down the steps you just came up. You'll need to jump down some purple ledges. Keep going until you find another cave entrance.
- 5Head out of this new entrance, and congratulations, you're now on Route 115!
- Keep an eye out for Solrock! If you're looking for a Sun Stone, catching one here is your best bet.
- Don't forget to grab that Moon Stone; it's a useful item for evolving certain Pokémon later on.
