Alright, let's get you acquainted with the East Side of Vice City. We'll start by cruising through Ocean Beach. Follow the road as it curves east, and pull over at the next three-way intersection. Right there, on the northwest corner, you'll spot the Ocean Beach Church. It's just a place for the faithful to gather, located in South Ocean Beach, map coordinate G-4.

From the church, make a right turn. As you drive, keep an eye out to your left. You'll see the Ocean Beach Ammu-Nation. This is your go-to spot for stocking up on weapons, whether for taking down enemies or just dealing with anyone who gets on your bad side. It's also in South Ocean Beach, at G-4.

Continue through the next three-way intersection and stop at the one after that. On the east side of this intersection is the Ocean Beach Pay 'N' Spray. Need your ride fixed or want to ditch a Wanted Rating? This is the place. It's in Central Ocean Beach, marked as G-4.

Keep going straight from this intersection, passing through two more three-way intersections. Then, take a right at the next three-way intersection. Follow that road all the way to where it ends at another three-way intersection. On the southwest corner, you'll find the Going Gas Station. It's in North Ocean Beach, just south of the Washington Mall Construction Site, at F-4.

Now, turn left from the gas station, and then right at the next three-way intersection. As you drive, a tall building will appear on your left – that's the Washington Beach Apartments, located in South Washington Beach at F-5. Right next door to the north of that is the Washington Beach Office Complex. These massive buildings are situated just beyond the teal fence near the apartment complex's swimming pool, also at F-5.

Head straight from here to the next four-way intersection and take a right. Drive forward and stop at the next four-way intersection. At the southwest corner, you'll see the Ocean Beach Parking Garage. This is a major spot for beachgoers and shoppers, located in Central Ocean Beach, around map coordinates F-4 and G-4.

From this intersection, turn left, then make a right at the next three-way intersection. Continue forward and stop at the next three-way intersection. On the northwest corner sits the Ocean View Hotel, a yellow and teal building. This quaint spot will eventually become one of Tommy Vercetti's safehouses in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, found in Southeast Ocean Beach at G-5.

Keep going straight from the hotel until you reach a road that curves west. From here, look east. You'll spot The Lighthouse, an important landmark that guides ships safely near Vice City's shores. It's located in Southeast Ocean Beach at H-5.

Finally, head east, go through the next three-way intersection, and stop at the next one. At the northeast corner is the Ocean Heights Apartments, a tall red and white building that will become an asset property in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. It's in South Ocean Beach, at G-4.
