Biker Killer
Bikers are attacking the beach, and you need to knock riders off their bikes within a time limit. The maximum number of bikers increases to four on Level 4.

Paramedic Driver
Drive the Ambulance to patients so the Paramedic can revive them within the time limit. Get close to patients to save time. The maximum number of patients per level is three, starting with Level 3.

Completing the Paramedic Driver side-mission rewards you with Infinite Swimming Stamina, $1,500, and a new Purchase Icon at Sunshine Autos: Bulletproof BF Injection for $4,000.

Fire Copter
Located behind the Fire Station in Downtown, entering the helicopter triggers this side-mission. You must extinguish fires within a time limit using the helicopter's water bucket. There are five levels. Press Circle to release water, which has a limited supply. Fly over the sea to replenish the bucket if needed, though little water is required per fire. Tap X to release water over a fire. After extinguishing the last fire, return to the Fire Station. Your reward for successful completion is $500. You get an automatic bucket refill at the start of each level.

Vice Sights
Triggered by entering a Maverick helicopter east of the Main Terminal at the Airport. Fly to designated markers for passengers to take pictures within a time limit. A Fun Meter must be maintained; flying fast and low helps keep it full. At each marker, slow down and press L3 to hover for a few seconds while passengers take photos. After completing the last marker, return to the Airport for payment. There are five levels, and successful completion earns $500.

Civil Asset Forfeiture Impound
Unlocked after the mission "The Audition." Located west of the Viceport Pay 'N' Spray, this activity involves collecting confiscated vehicles associated with drug crimes. There are four lists in total: three for land vehicles and one for boats. Land vehicles are at the front gate, and boats are in the boat hangar. Each list has eight vehicles, totaling thirty-two. You can collect vehicles and boats simultaneously but must finish one land vehicle list before starting another. Completing each list earns $500, which is added to the reward of the last vehicle on the list. Finishing all four lists grants free re-sprays at all Pay 'N' Sprays and contributes to 100% Completion. Unlike previous GTAs, all listed vehicles can be found parked, often on the main beachfront road in Washington Beach and Ocean Beach. Some vehicles may also trigger Checkpoint Races.
