Get in the Van and drive to the meeting point in Downtown.

Use the provided Sniper Rifle (or your own) to eliminate the snipers surrounding the area within the time limit. Jump on the car for a better vantage point and work counterclockwise.

After the cutscene, get into the truck. Wait for the 1-Star Wanted Rating to disappear. Switch to the M249.

As you leave the parking lot, back into the lot and get out. Use the M249 to destroy the two attacking cars.

Get back into the truck and drive north toward Hyman Memorial Stadium, then south along the beach, and around The Compound Safehouse and City Scrap area.

Instead of the small railroad bridge, take the road to City Scrap and head into Little Haiti.

Drive southeast onto Bayshore Avenue and then south toward Starfish Island. Ignore the attacker at the entrance.

Park the truck in the garage at The Mansion to complete the mission.
