Alright, let's track down some useful gear in Vice City. This section covers a few key pickups that can really help you out, especially if you're looking to grab specific items after certain missions. We're talking weapons, health, and armor scattered across Starfish Island and a couple of important locations.

Rocket Launcher

You'll want to grab this after completing the 'From Zero to Hero' mission. Head to the three-way intersection on the west side of Starfish Island. From the northeast corner, start heading east. Look for a short, white brick fence on your left. Keep going until you see an opening. Turn left into this opening, and you'll spot a big white house. There's a large planter with red flowers right in front of it. The Rocket Launcher is hidden behind this planter.

Mac-10

This submachine gun is located on an upper balcony behind The Mansion. Keep an eye out for it as you explore the area.

Health Pickups

There are a couple of health boosts to find. First, head to the small covered dock on the northwest side of Starfish Island. If you're coming from where the Laser Sniper is found, go back into the alley, head north to the end, and turn left. Follow the path and go through another gate. You should see the covered dock shortly after – your health pickup is there.

The second health pickup is located by the garage of the house directly north of The Mansion.

Body Armor

You can find Body Armor in a couple of spots. One is at the end of an alley on the north side of Starfish Island. Go to the three-way intersection on Starfish Loop, and on the northeast corner, there's an alley leading north. Follow it to the end, and you'll find the armor.

Another set of Body Armor is waiting for you on the back porch of the house directly west of The Mansion.

Fort Baxter Air Base

There's a Health pickup just east of the Fort Baxter Safehouse. Easy to grab if you're in the area.

Escobar International Airport

You can find a Health pickup on the south side of the EIA Main Terminal Building. Additionally, check between Gates 9-14 within the Main Terminal Building for Body Armor.
