Umberto Robina has four missions available at his home in the Cuban Neighborhood.

UBR1. Nice Package

    After introducing yourself to Umberto, you need to retrieve a package located in Downtown.

    Two other cars are also going after the package. Drive to the package location as fast as possible.

UBR2. Balls

    Umberto informs you that Martinez is causing problems. You and Umberto decide to confront the Cholo Thugs in Little Havana.

    This mission is indicated by the Havoc Meter; if it fills up, you will fail.

    You need a four-seat vehicle. An Admiral will be parked nearby for you to use, allowing your Cuban allies to join you. Your allies cannot die.

    There are five groups of Cholos to deal with, some on foot and some in cars.

    Get close to cars and drive-by them to make the Cholos exit, allowing your allies to kill them.

    When Cholos are on foot, use drive-bys or run them over.

UBR3. Papi Don't Screech

    Umberto's father, Alberto, was left behind at a wrestling match when Cholos appeared. You agree to pick Alberto up.

    Get into Umberto's car and drive to Hyman Memorial Stadium to pick up Alberto.

    Drive Alberto to his cafe in Little Havana within approximately six minutes.

    You must manage the Stress Meter by not driving too fast, as Alberto could have a heart attack.

    Avoid Cholos patrolling Little Haiti and Little Havana.

    The recommended path is to start south from the stadium, drive onto the grass near the beach, then turn right onto pavement.

    Go around The Compound Safehouse, then around City Scrap.

    Head east to the small railroad bridge near the City Scrap entrance.

    Cross the bridge, go around the Empire Site, and continue south along the outskirts of Little Haiti and Little Havana.

    After passing the large dirt mound for Jump [LTV-J11], head east through a gap in the fence into the alley north of the Cafe.

Note: The Cuban Hermes you are using is on the Civil Asset Forfeiture Impound car list. Drive it there before proceeding to the next mission.

UBR4. Havana Good Time

    When the mission starts, you will need to engage the Cholos.

Weapons: AK-47.

Notes: Go to the top of the Downtown Police Station to find the AK-47 Weapon Icon and collect enough ammo for this mission.
