Complete guide to all Rampages in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, including locations, objectives, weapons, and strategies for each. Earn cash and unlock rewards.

Rampage Icons, marked by skull icons on the map, initiate timed challenges where you must eliminate specific targets or destroy objects within two minutes using a provided weapon with unlimited ammunition. You cannot switch weapons during a Rampage.

On the PSP version, there are 30 Rampages, with 16 available on the West Side. The PlayStation 2 version features 35 Rampages, including 5 exclusive to that platform (3 on the West Side, 2 on the East Side). These exclusive Rampages are listed separately.

Completing Rampages rewards you with cash, starting at $50 and increasing by $50 for each subsequent Rampage, with the final one yielding $3,500. Unlike previous GTAs, Rampages in Vice City Stories do not disappear upon completion; they change to a darker color, allowing for repeated play for additional cash and amusement. You can check completed Rampages on the Main Map by holding the X Button to bring up Show Discovered Extras and navigating to Rampages.

Rampages (West Side and Starfish Island)

Below are the Rampages found on the West Side and Starfish Island, with strategies, locations, directions, and map coordinates.

Downtown (DTN)

1. #[DTN-R1] - Drive-By and Eliminate 20 Bikers (Micro-SMG)
   • Location: Under a set of stairs.
   • Map: (A-2).
   • Directions: From the four-way intersection near the northeast corner of The Mendez Building, go north along the main road. Veer northwest at the curve that turns east to enter an enclosed area. The Rampage is under stairs in a corner.
   • Notes: Use a motorcycle. Shoot groups of Bikers in front of you. Avoid turning around unless necessary.
2. #[DTN-R2-A] - Take Out 20 Bikers (PSP Version) (Mac-10)
   • Location: At the top of the stairs of the building west of the VCN Building.
   • Map: (A-3).
   • Notes: The Mac-10 is slow and weak. Bikers can spawn behind you. Despite using Baseball Bats and Pistols, they can be a threat. Take a nearby car and drive to Schuman Health Care Center. Kill Bikers spawning on sidewalks. If overwhelmed, move to the center of the building.
