This section of the guide covers a Rampage, the Taxi Mission, and the Dirtbike Track time trials in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.

#[SFI-R18] - Destroy 15 Vehicles (Spaz 12) - (Starfish Island)

Location: On the porch of the house next door west of The Mansion.

Map: (E-3).

Notes: Destroy your vehicle and a nearby parked car. Head west, destroying cars as you go. It takes three shots to make a car start flaming. Use Free Aim to shoot vehicles quickly.

WSD18. Taxi Mission

Enter any Taxi to access the Taxi Mission by pressing the Activate Vehicle Mission Button. This mission involves picking up fares and driving them to their destinations, similar to Sega's "Crazy Taxi".

Unlike previous Grand Theft Auto titles, the Vice City Stories Taxi Mission offers more than just simple pick-up and drop-off scenarios. There are three additional mission types:

• Pick up a fare, drop them at a store to shop, then drive them to another destination.
• Pick up a fare, drop them at a store to rob it, then drive them to another destination with a 2-Star Wanted Rating. Consider using a Pay 'N' Spray before dropping them off if a police station is nearby. The Wanted Rating will disappear upon successful drop-off.
• Follow a car to a destination. Your tip is based on how well you follow, and the timer is initially off. When the car stops, the destination is revealed, the timer restarts, and you can drop off the fare.

These variations make the mission more engaging. To successfully complete the Taxi Mission, you must either complete fifty fares or earn $5,000 from fares. Completing more fares in a single run increases both fare count and earnings, potentially speeding up mission completion.

Upon successful completion of the Taxi Mission, you will earn the Boost Jump ability for all Taxis.

WSD19. The Dirtbike Track

Located in the north part of Downtown, The Dirtbike Track features time trials with three different vehicles parked in its corners. Each vehicle has its own set of courses that must be beaten sequentially.

Failing a time trial allows you to retry until successful. Completing each course earns $100, and finishing all courses for all three vehicles rewards $2,500.

A general tip for these courses is to cut across the grass to save time. It is also recommended to complete the Ambulance Mission beforehand to unlock the Infinite Run feature, especially for the BMX Time Trials.

Activated by getting onto the Sanchez at the southwest corner of the track.
