Part 77

Discover Part 77 of the Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories guide, covering the East Side, The Clymenus Suite safehouse, and various landmarks like The Fairgrounds and Vice Point Mall.

With the threat of the hurricane gone, you can now explore the East Side of Vice City. This area also unlocks the ability to use aircraft and provides access to the Rocket Launcher and Sniper Rifle Weapon Icons on Starfish Island.

The East Side features a large beach, hotels, Prawn Island (home to a movie studio and luxury homes), Vice Point (with the largest shopping mall, hotels, and apartments), Leaf Links Golf Club, and Ocean Beach (home to the Vice City Marina and The Lighthouse).

The Clymenus Suite Safehouse (EST1)

Located in the southwest part of Vice Point, across from The Fairgrounds, The Clymenus Suite is your last Safehouse. It includes a garage for vehicles, and Weapon Icons on the dock behind the condo.

On the dock, you can purchase a Skimmer for $4,500. Inside the condo, find a Health Icon, an Outfit Icon, and your Game Save Icon. The roof access leads to another Purchase Icon for the Little Willie at $5,000.

The Clymenus Suite

Location: Southwest Vice Point (Floppy Disc on map), Map: (D-5). This is your major Safehouse on the East Side, part of the Midland Condos building.

The Fairgrounds

Location: South Vice Point, Map: (E-5). A large amusement area where you can ride the ferris wheel.

The Well Stacked Pizza Co.

Location: Central Vice Point, Map: (D-5). A new chain of pizza parlors expanding in Vice City.

Leaf Links Golf Club

Location: Leaf Links, Map: (C-[4, 5], D-[4, 5]). The major golf course in the region. Entry requires passing through a metal detector that removes all weapons.

Vice Point Apartments

Location: North Vice Point, Map: ([C, D]-5). This complex spans from a yellow and white building to a pink building northeast of Links View Heights.

Links View Heights

Location: North Vice Point, Map: (C-5). A large white building with beige trim that will become an asset property in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

Vice Point Pay 'N' Spray

Location: North Vice Point, Map: (C-5). Use this to repair vehicles or remove Wanted Ratings.
