As you travel towards the Wiz Chocobo Outpost, west of the road and east of the northern tip of Neeglyss Pond, you may find a white-and-red car. This event is north-east of the Digythe Haven Campground and east of the Nebulawood Parking Spot. If you give the stranded motorist a Repair Kit, you will receive 500 EXP and 1,500 Gil.

Upon arriving at the Wiz Chocobo Outpost, you can visit the Culless Munitions shop. Available weapons and accessories include the Airstep Sword (300 Gil), Blade of Brennaere (300 Gil), Mythril Lance (300 Gil), Cutlasses (300 Gil), Calamity (300 Gil), Kite Shield (300 Gil), Iron Bangle (1,200 Gil), Garnet Bracelet (800 Gil), Bulletproof Vest (1,500 Gil), White Sage (2,000 Gil), Amulet (200 Gil), Towel (5,000 Gil), and Handkerchief (1,000 Gil).

Before speaking to Wiz, head west from the outpost grounds to find a Treasure Spot containing an Iron Bangle.

North of that, slightly west, you can find a man standing on a rock. Talk to him, and Ignis will express a desire to visit the Disc of Cauthess, starting the “Pilgrimage” quest.

At the Wiz Chocobo Outpost, plunder a loot spot on the front porch for a Camera Strap accessory, which allows Prompto to take more pictures.

Visit the Post Kiosk store. Return to Wiz and speak with him about renting a Chocobo. You will learn that monster activity has suspended rentals due to a Behemoth named Deadeye. You must defeat Deadeye to resume Chocobo rentals.

Defeating Deadeye will unlock Wiz as a tipster, providing map intel, new meals, and new Hunts.
