Alright, so you've made it to the Ravatogh region and you're ready to take on some of the tougher hunts. Verinas Mart has a few of these lined up for you, and they're definitely going to test your party's strength and your own combat skills. Let's break down each one so you know exactly what you're up against and how to come out on top.

First up is Deadly Extermination. This hunt throws three Soldier Wasps and three Killer Wasps at you. The Killer Wasps are tougher, with about double the HP of the Soldier Wasps. Both can poison and confuse you, so keep an eye on those status effects. They're weak to polearms, daggers, and ice, but resist lightning and holy. Your best bet is to take out the weaker Soldier Wasps first, then focus on the Killer Wasps. It's going to be a bit of a slog, so be prepared!

Next, you've got Verinas Mart Under Threat. This one pits you against seven Wyverns. They spawn pretty close to the tipster, around 800 feet away. These guys can be a pain because there are so many of them and they move around a lot, especially with their glide attack. They have a couple of attacks you can block or parry: a high jump and a quick charge. Wyverns are weak to firearms, shields, and ice, but strong against lightning and holy. Try to parry their attacks when they jump or charge, as this can leave them open.

Then there's Red Lightning of Ravatogh. This hunt requires Hunter Rank 5 and features three Copperocs and three Thunderocs. You can find them to the east, or if you're near the Ravatoghan Trail parking spot, head north. Both are bird-like enemies, with Thunderocs being the weaker ones. They share weaknesses to swords, polearms, and fire, and resist lightning and holy. A lot of this fight will involve chasing them down, but watch out for their electric jolts and their spinning circle attack – it hits hard!

Finally, the big one: Feathered Giant of the (!_Zu_!). This hunt requires you to complete The Perfect Cup sidequest first. You'll find the Zu in the Rock of Ravatogh. It's a massive bird with a lot of HP (108,200) and its attacks can easily put your party in Danger. It's weak to polearms, machinery, and fire, but strong against firearms, lightning, and holy. Getting close can be tough since it can damage you just by walking. Avoid attacking its feet and be careful of its tail sweep. If it pecks the ground, don't stand in front of it. The Zu can also flap its wings, causing damage and confusion, or take to the sky for a divebomb attack. Successfully parrying this divebomb or breaking its beak will leave it vulnerable for a bit. The Zu Beak is a valuable item, as it can be used as a catalyst to break magic damage limits!

These hunts are no joke, but with the right preparation and by exploiting their weaknesses, you'll be able to take them down and earn those sweet rewards!
